Kerala Trip from Kochi

Welcome to Kerala! Upon arrival at Cochin International Airport (COK) or the railway station, our representative will greet you.

Overnight: Hotel in Munnar.

Morning/Afternoon: Embark on a scenic drive to Munnar (approx. 4 hours). Along the way, witness the cascading Cheeyappara and Valara Waterfalls surrounded by lush greenery.

Evening: Arrive in the misty hill station of Munnar and check into your hotel. Spend the rest of the evening relaxing and enjoying the cool climate.

After a hearty breakfast, head out for a full-day tour of Munnar’s breathtaking landscapes.

Overnight: Hotel in Munnar.

Morning: Visit Eravikulam National Park, home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr. (Park buses take you up the hill for spectacular valley views). Later, visit the Tata Tea Museum to learn about the region's rich tea-making history.

Afternoon: Explore the picturesque Mattupetty Dam where you can enjoy optional boating. Continue to Echo Point and stroll through the aromatic rose gardens.

Enjoy breakfast before driving down to Thekkady (approx. 3 hours), home to the famous Periyar National Park.

Overnight: Hotel in Thekkady.

Afternoon: Check into your hotel. Later, visit a local Spice Plantation where you can see cardamom, pepper, vanilla, and cinnamon growing in their natural habitat.

Evening: Experience a scenic boat ride on Periyar Lake (tickets subject to availability). This is an excellent opportunity to spot wild elephants, bison, and various bird species coming to the water's edge. Alternatively, enjoy a traditional Kathakali dance or Kalaripayattu martial arts show.

After breakfast, drive to Alleppey (approx. 3.5 hours) for the most awaited experience of your Kerala trip.

Overnight: Houseboat in Alleppey.

Afternoon: Arrive and board your private Traditional Kerala Houseboat. Cruise through the palm-fringed backwaters, narrow canals, and serene lagoons. Watch the local village life unfold along the banks.

Evening: Enjoy authentic Kerala cuisine prepared fresh by the onboard chef as you watch a spectacular sunset over the tranquil waters.

Wake up to the peaceful sounds of the backwaters. After a traditional breakfast on the houseboat, disembark and drive back to Kochi (approx. 1.5 to 2 hours).

Overnight: Hotel in Kochi.

Afternoon: Check into your Kochi hotel and head out to explore Fort Kochi. Visit the historic St. Francis Church, the Santa Cruz Basilica, and the vibrant Jew Town with its historic Paradesi Synagogue.

Evening: Walk along the promenade to witness the iconic Chinese Fishing Nets being lowered into the sea at sunset. You can also do some souvenir shopping for spices and local handicrafts.

Enjoy your final breakfast in God's Own Country.

Depending on your flight or train schedule, our driver will drop you off at the Cochin International Airport or Ernakulam Railway Station for your onward journey, leaving you with beautiful memories of Kerala.
