Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Him Abode. By using our services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all bookings, tours, and services offered by our company. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

General Terms

1. Rates and Availability
All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Accommodation will be provided at the mentioned or equivalent hotels, subject to availability at the time of booking.
Confirmation of services is subject to availability. This is a quotation and does not constitute a reservation until confirmed.


2. Transportation and Sightseeing
AC facilities are not available in vehicles operating in hill stations.
Vehicles may or may not have power windows and other features; these cannot be guaranteed.
If access to certain locations (e.g., Rohtang Pass) is restricted by government or environmental regulations (e.g., NGT/Supreme Court guidelines), additional expenses or alternative arrangements will be the customer’s responsibility.


3. Room Allocation
Rooms will be allocated based on availability at check-in, within the category mentioned in your booking. Base category rooms will be provided unless specified otherwise.
Extra beds will be provided as extra mattresses, subject to availability.


4. Refund Policy
No refunds will be provided for unused accommodations, missed meals, or other services due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, strikes, or health issues. Unused services are neither refundable nor exchangeable.


5. Special Charges
Heater charges at hotels are additional and payable directly to the hotel.
Cancellation and refund policies for hotels, trains, and flights will adhere to the policies of the respective providers.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

1. Standard Cancellation Charges
i) More than 15 days before arrival: No cancellation charges.
ii) 10 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking cost.
iii) Less than 10 days or no-show: No refund.


2. Peak Season Cancellations
For bookings during the Christmas-New Year period (December 20 to January 5) or long weekends (e.g., Diwali, Independence Day), payments may be non-refundable.


3. Rescheduling Policy
Amendments are allowed up to one year from the booking date without additional charges, subject to availability. Cancellation fees for rescheduled bookings will follow the standard policy.

Payment Policy

Payments can be made via cash, cheque, NEFT/RTGS, or online transfer.
Credit and debit card payments will incur additional surcharges of 1.5% and 1%, respectively.
Full payment is required for confirmation of services unless specified otherwise.

Jurisdiction Clause

All disputes arising out of or in connection with services provided by [Your Travel Agency Name] will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. By availing of our services, customers agree that no legal proceedings shall be initiated in any other court.

Limitations of Liability

The company will not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damage arising from factors beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, strikes, or travel delays.
The company acts solely as an intermediary for travel arrangements and cannot guarantee the services or amenities provided by third-party providers such as hotels or transportation vendors.
